The acceptance of the paper for oral presentation, inclusion in the proceedings or poster presentation will be based on peer review. Only the selected papers will get the intimation who will be accepted for publication. Kindly do not submit the paper multiple times, it may lead to cancellation of an article/paper.

All accepted papers submitted for publication will be checked with anti-plagiarism software (iThenticate) to check the overlapping/similarity index of the content with already published material.

The papers with high overlapping index will be either sent for revision or rejected according to the analysis reports.

Please note that the process of checking and further revision will delay the publishing process. Final acceptance of the paper will be done by the Springer after conference.

Further we would like to add that your work would be available in an e-book format for the benefit of readers across the world.

The deliverables will be Publication Tokens. I3CS,16 will provide PUBLICATION TOKENS to the conference organizers which they can distribute to conference participants for accessing the proceedings for 4 weeks.

Only restriction is Editors/Authors are not allowed to make our Springer‐copyrighted PDF freely available on the Internet or via an institutional repository.

Final Camera-Ready Paper Submission

The format for the camera-ready manuscript is available above. Please follow the format and reviewers’ comments strictly and submit your camera-ready manuscript (within 8 pages) in a zip file which will contain scanned copy of the payment proof, filled-up and signed copyright form, Camera-ready paper both in word/latex as well as PDF format, Author’s agreement through Also complete your conference registration formalities by filling up the registration form and paying the registration fees. The following documents are to be submitted in the in a zip file:

1. Scanned copy of the payment proof along with Manuscript ID (Within October 27, 2016)
2. Filled-up registration form (Within October 27, 2016)
3. Filled-up and signed copyright form (Within November 05, 2016)
4. Camera-ready paper both in word/latex as well as PDF format (Within November 05, 2016)
5. Signed Author’s agreement form. (Within November 05, 2016)

Please complete the registration and uploading of the above documents within stipulated time in order to ensure publication of the paper in the AISC Springer. Also the zip file must be sent to REGISTRATION and PRESENTATION of each paper is must to include the paper in the Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems, Springer.

Please also note that plagiarism check will be made by the Springier Publishing Team for all camera-ready papers received and if more similarities are found in total and from single source(as stipulated by the Springer), the paper may be rejected without any prejudice by the publisher for which no registration fees will be refunded. Springer may also reject the paper based on content and quality of the paper for which no author can claim anything.

All presented papers will be submitted to the Springer for their final acceptance and publication. The decision of the Springer will be final and in that case no refund of registration and other fees will be done.

Your camera ready manuscript must contain followings

Affiliations, address and emails of all authors.
At least three Key Words under keyword section.
All references should be referred from the text of the article along with some state-of-the-art references.
Both source(Latex/Word) and pdf version of the article.
Formatting must be as per AISC Springer Template.
